If you are completing a joint application, please complete the following fields.  Once you have submitted your application, have the joint application do the same - entering your information in the joint fields on their application.  This will tell us to link the files.

By submitting this application, I understand that by doing so I affirmatively consent to transact business electronically with respect to submitting the credit application and authorize Direct Link Realty, Inc. and its business partners to receive, review and verify my application information and to obtain my credit report and other information as required to process your application. I certify that all of the statements in this application are true and complete and are made for the purposes of obtaining credit. 

I further understand that any application fees that may be a part of the process are non-refundable, and that applications are typically processed Monday through Friday.  All applications available at the time of processing are presented to property owners who make their own decisions about which application to accept.  Direct Link Realty, Inc. only gathers data and presents the information for consideration.  Part of the process requires responses from employers and previous Landlord's, etc. so processing times may vary significantly, but will normally take approximately 2 to 3 weekdays.  Processing does not begin until the application and any associated processing fees have been received.

In connection with your transaction, Direct Link Realty, Inc. may obtain information about you as described in this notice, which we handle as stated in this notice. 

1. We collect nonpublic information about you from the following sources: Information we receive from you on applications or other forms; Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others; and, Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency. 

2. We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services or other functions on our behalf or other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may make such decisions about you as a consumer, customer, or former customer. 

3. We may also disclose nonpublic information about you as a consumer, customer, or former customer to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law. For example, we may disclose information in response to a subpoena, or to comply with a requirement of a government agency or regulator. 

4. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. 

5. Direct Link Realty, Inc., as a matter of corporate policy, does not sell personal information to outside parties.
